Travel watch for adventurers
A play on GMT watches, our TWELF-X SKY collection features multi-timezone tracking. However, unlike traditional GMT watches, our TWELF-X SKY collection feature a rotating double bezel, enabling a triple time-zone tracking function instead of the standard 2. Frequent travel is always troublesome for watch owners. Pilots especially require a multi-zone watch to properly keep track of different time zones. With that said, our TWELF-X SKY 1914 Auto Flyer is most suitable for adventures in the SKY, but with 200 meters water resistance, it does not stumble in the OCEAN as well.
How our multiple time zone watches work
To achieve our three timezone function, our TWELF-X SKY collection features both an internal and external rotating bezel. The second time zone is indicated on the external rotating bezel with a 120 click unidirectional bezel. The inner rotating bezel acts as the third time zone indicator to keep track of time for the truly globalized adventurer.
Auto Flyer Watch History
Our pioneer TWELF-X SKY collection is named the TWELF-X SKY 1914 Auto Flyer in tribute to the first autopilot demonstrated by Lawrence Sperry in 1914. In essence, an autopilot is used to control the trajectory of an aircraft without constant 'hands-on' by a pilot and is now commonly found in both military and civilian planes. The term ‘Flyer’ is in reference to the pilot Lawrence Sperry who was carefree and daring enough to push the boundaries of exploration in his time. Push your boundaries today with our SKY 1914 Auto Flyer Collection.
